Professor Dr. Muhammad Aslam is a distinguished medical academic, researcher, and higher-education leader with over four decades of professional experience in teaching, research, and institutional development. A physiologist trained at the University of London, he has enriched medical education in Pakistan through leadership roles, academic reforms, and impactful research. He is a recipient of prestigious honors including the Hilal-i-Imtiaz, the President’s Best University Teacher Award, and several lifetime achievement recognitions, each underlining his lasting contributions to medicine and academia.
Professor Aslam has served as Vice Chancellor of Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (2012-2013), and University of Health Sciences, Lahore (2013-2017), where he instituted reforms in medical curricula, boosted postgraduate training, and forged international academic collaborations. He was also Pro-Vice Chancellor at NUMS, and now as Vice Chancellor of City University, he continues to guide strategic academic growth and research excellence, while mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Khurshid Ahmad Nasim brings over thirty-five years of experience in teaching, administration, and healthcare management in Pakistan and abroad. He has been deeply involved in medical education for more than three decades and has served as a member of the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC). His career includes sixteen years as a Dental Surgeon with the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, followed by senior academic leadership as Vice-Principal of Margalla Institute of Health Sciences, Rawalpindi. At GAK Healthcare International, he currently serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs, Project Director, and Chairman of the HR Committee, continuing to shape policy, education, and institutional growth in healthcare.
Dr. Nasim has consistently held senior leadership roles, shaping academic programs, regulatory affairs, and institutional growth. His guidance continues to impact medical and health education, bridging international experience with Pakistan’s evolving healthcare sector.

Colonel (Retd) Dr. Ghulam Mujtaba Abbasi, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military), is currently serving as the Registrar of Islamabad Medical and Dental College / The City University under GAK Healthcare International, where he oversees academic governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional administration. With over 33 years of distinguished service in the healthcare sector, he brings a unique multidisciplinary background that spans medical education, hospital management, health administration, and medical logistics. In the Pakistan Navy he served as Deputy Director General Medical Services, contributing to hospital planning, medical logistics, and national health projects. His humanitarian service during the 1999 cyclone, the 2004 Tsunami, and the 2005 Earthquake showcases his dedication to healthcare beyond institutional boundaries. Dr. Abbasi’s career reflects a blend of leadership in academia, the armed forces, and healthcare institutions. Hasan Ali Khan is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at GAK Healthcare International, where he leads the organization’s financial planning, corporate affairs, taxation, and compliance functions. With over two decades of experience in finance and administration, he has worked across diverse sectors including multinational oil & gas, donor-funded development programs, publishing, and government enterprises. His expertise combines strategic financial management with hands-on leadership in corporate governance, taxation, auditing, and budgeting. Known for his multidisciplinary approach, Hasan has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects, donor funds, and corporate operations, establishing himself as a trusted financial strategist and institutional leader.
Hasan’s professional journey includes key roles with Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Limited, where he spent over a decade managing joint ventures, partner audits, and financial reporting; Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE), where he handled donor-funded projects and finance operations; and the Inland Water Transport Development Company, where he managed corporate finance and compliance. His career foundation was built during his articleship with Khalid Majid Husain Rahman (a Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International member firm), which gave him early exposure to audit, taxation, and financial systems across industries.
